At Steple Rise, every product is thoughtfully created and packed by a focused and passionate team. As a growing business, we put a lot of heart into our work and run on limited resources — which is why we ask that you place your order only when you’re sure.

We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to assist with size exchanges, subject to the terms below.

Size Exchange

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. We offer a one-time size exchange on select products, provided:

  • The item is unworn and in its original condition

  • The exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Courier charges for sending and receiving the new size will be borne by the customer

To request a size exchange, kindly contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details.

Damaged / Wrong Item Received

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help. Please share an unboxing video (from start to end) within 24 hours of receiving the product.

📌 Please note: Without this video proof, we won’t be able to process the request.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences, such as:

  • Not liking the product

  • Changing your mind after purchase
