We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to assist with size exchanges, subject to the terms below.
Size Exchange
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. We offer one-time size exchanges on select products, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery. The courier charges for sending and receiving the new size will be borne by the customer.

Damaged/Wrong Item Received
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help. Please share an unboxing video from start to end within 24 hours of receiving the product. Without this, we won’t be able to process the request.
Change of Mind
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences (such as not liking the product or changing your mind). We encourage you to review all product details and sizing guides before placing your order.
